The Collserola massif separates Barcelona from Vallès and its highest peak is Tibidabo, at 512 m. Other main peaks are: Turó del Puig, Puig d'Olorda, Turó de Valldaura, Turó de la Magarola, Puig d'Ossa and Puig Madrona. The valleys of the Llobregat and Besós rivers, the Barcelona plain and the Vallès basin, mark the geographical limits of the Collserola massif

The Collserola Park, which has an area of 84.65 km², is the largest metropolitan park in the world, 22 times larger than Central Park in New York. We also find the Collserola Tower, a telecommunications tower built in 1992 for the Olympic Games. It is 288.4 metres high and was built by the British architect Norman Foster.
